This configuration is only for the following ES devices:
Introduction
Standard PoE: It follows the IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards. It defines everything necessary to use this technology, including the voltages and currents required for its use, the type of connection, and the UTP pairs that should be used.
It involves negotiation between the Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) and the Powered Device (PD).
Configuration
1.- The first step is to access the device, which has the following default information:
IP: 10.44.77.200
Username: admin
Password: admin
Note: If the switch is under an SMB router, the device will inherit the username and password from that device, as well as obtain an IP via DHCP.
2.- Click on the PoE Settings section.
3.- It will display the tab where the ports with PoE enabled are located, just click on the one where it says 'ON'.
It will open a dialog box asking if you want to apply this change, click 'Accept' to confirm the changes.
It will immediately show the PoE change, and it will be disabled for the port you selected.
Verification
Connect a camera or a standard PoE device to that port to verify that the port was indeed disabled.
