Steps to reset the password for an E-Series camera

Step 1 ; Head over to https://www.epcom.net/ to download the IPTool

Download the IPTool based on your Operating System, whether it's a MAC or Windows OS

Step 2 ; Once you click on the camera it'll show all the details on the right side of the interface

Step 3 ; In that same interface, head over to "Restore IPC Default Configuration."

It's going to ask you for the MAC Address of the camera you're currently on

There are 2 ways to find the MAC Address of the device

Step 4 ; Once you've input the MAC Address into the following field, click "Ok."

Step 5 ; Once you've reset the camera, ideally you'll want to wait 30 seconds than power cycle the camera.

After you've completed these steps your camera is now reset!
