First, Click on the 4 squares on the bottom right of your menu. A new menu will open up containing the following information;
Once that menu opens up, head over to “Retrieve Password” on the bottom of the menu next to “Login”.
A tab should show up containing this information;
Once the new menu opens, you should be prompted with 2 extra tabs. Head over to “Dynamic Password.”
Once you have clicked on Dynamic Password, this menu with the following information should show up;
Once you are at this page, our representative will need the following information to reset the password;
· Device Model
· MAC Address
· Current Time
Once we have received this information, we will give you a series of numbers and letters to enter the empty space in “Dynamic Password.”
After this step you will click “Ok” and be able to set a completely new password to your device.
