a) Create users

Configuration path: User > User > Common User
1. Click root > Add Group to add a user group.

Create a user group named "Speed Limit."

2. Click on "Speed Limit" > Add L2TP/IPsec User (IP Range) to add the user's IP range.

Note:

IP addresses example: 192.168.1.2 and 2000:1.

IP range example: 192.168.2.2-192.168.2.10 and 2000::2-2000:10.

If entering both IPv4 (range) and IPv6 (range), use | to separate them.

Example: 192.168.1.2|2000::1 and 192.168.2.2-192.168.2.10|2000::2-2000:10.

b) Configure flow control

Configuration path: Flow > Smart Flow Control > Flow Control

1. Enable flow control

Select Template, Interface, and fill in the Interface bandwidth.

2. Go to the Change Policy page, click on Add Policy to set the speed limit policy for specific users.

2.1 Select Interface, fill in the Policy Name:

2.2 Configure Bandwidth:

Add the Sub Channel and set the speed limit.

Select the Sub Channel.

Notice:

If the Ruijie EG device generates this error when configuring the speed limit, first change the speed limit on the main channel.

2.3 Select users:

2.4 Select APP (Application).

2.5 Set the active time for the policy:
