Introduction
VPN: Virtual Private Network It is a technology used to interconnect 2 or more private networks located in different places or a remote client to a company's network.
L2TP: Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol requires port 1701 in UDP.

Configuration
1.- Access the equipment.
IP: 192.168.1.1.1 in the administration port (MGMT), you can access by any other ip that you have configured in your ports.
User: admin
Password: It is configured the first time you access.
2.-Follow the following path to configure the VPN service:
Network -> VPN: Click on "Configure" to start configuring the VPN.
3.- It will open the box where you will be asked to select the "working mode" of the VPN on that computer:
Headquarter: VPN Server
Branch: VPN Client (Select this one)
Click in "Next".
4.- Select the VPN type "L2TP".
Fill the following parameters.
HQ Public IP/Domain Name: Enter the public IP or DDNS where the VPN server is located.
User Name: Generated by the VPN server router (Ask for your credentials) In this case it is Ruijie.
Password: Generated by the VPN server router (Ask for your credentials) In this case it is Ruijie.
HQ Network: It is the LAN network segment managed by the VPN server, this is to generate the communication route to that router.
Once the data is filled in, click on "Next".
5.- The VPN session will start connecting.
If the connection is successful, you will see the following message.
Click on finish. and we will have our VPN client successfully connected.
