Reset on Installer Cloud Platform
Log into the cloud platform with an installer account.
On User view, click of the desired user.
Scroll down and click Reset Password.
The user will receive an email containing the new password and QR code.
Reset on Property Manager Cloud Platform
Log into the SmartPlus Cloud platform with a property manager account.
Click Resident on the left module and select the desired user by clicking.
Click Reset Password on the right.
The user will receive an email containing the new password and QR code.
Reset on SmartPlus App by Users
Reset via Email or mobile phone number.
Reset via Email
Tap Forget Password on the login screen.
Select the account type between Enduser and Property Manager, and enter the email address used to log into the app.
Click Submit.
The user will then receive an email with a reset link.
Reset via Mobile Phone Number
Only when users provide their mobile phone numbers to installers, can they reset passwords via phone numbers.
Tap Try to reset via SMS to switch the view.
Select the area code by tapping .
Enter the mobile phone number and tap Obtain Code to receive the verification code.
Enter the new password and confirm it.
5. Click Submit.
The prompt "Modify Password Successful" will pop up after the password is reset.
